Khoiyachora Waterfall is located in Mirsharai Upazila of Chittagong District. This is one of the magnificent waterfalls in Bangladesh. Khoiyachora Waterfall is the only 8-steps waterfall in Bangladesh. It’s really a hard trail to visit all these steps.
There is an another three-steps waterfalls called Shimultali Waterfall. When you will reach the top steps you need to go the edge said Amtali Kum. Before reaching Amtali Kum, you will see a narrow trail which will lead you to Shimultali Waterfall.
Route: Dhaka- Mirsharai- Baratakia (বড়তাকিয়া)-Khoiyachora
How to go: If you go from Dhaka, it’s better to go by bus that goes to Chittagong. But you have to get off at Baratakia in Mirsharai area. Ask the bus supervisor to drop you at Baratakia Bazar. Then ask any local person to get the direction. You have to go a little bit by CNG autorichshaw and after that you have to start walking to reach the waterfall. If you plan to go all those steps, keep one day for this waterfall only.

Food: 200 Taka

Where to stay: There is no such good place to stay at Sitakunda. If you plan to visit other waterfalls or places located in Sitakunda, Mirsharai or Chittagong, you should go Chittagong for staying in Hotel.
